We have a community led group in Knowsley that are interested in installing 7 pieces of gym type equipment in a park.
Does anyone have any research / information on similar green gym type projects?

There have been a couple of outdoor gyms and trim trails installed ( I think there were planned!) in Knowlsey in Parks ( from memory Knowlsey Village and Huyton - St Johns were proposed). Fiona Mather will have details of this. Walton Hall Park in Liverpool also has outdoor Gym equipment installed in the park and is worth looking at.
Green Gym is a registered trade mark to BTCV and refers to their outdoor activity such as conservation tasks, there was a pilot of that in Knowsley about 5 years ago.
