I am working with the Public Health Department for Lancashire Teaching Hospitals on Pre-Op information to give to patients surrounding physical activity/exercise. We are seeking up-to-date credible information/resources to be incorporated into patient advice leaflets to be disseminated to all patients pre-op.

If anyone has any links or advice it would be greatly appreciated?
